Whatever situation you are in, counselling and talking therapy can offer a safe, non-judgemental caring space to talk, be listened to and to explore together possible change - at your own pace. The first step in seeking counselling may seem quite daunting. It is a courageous step. It is one I took many years ago and it helped me. On this site, you will find some general information to help you explore if I might be the right counsellor for you. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable with who you choose. An initial meeting can help you decide that. I am fully qualified and insured and a registered member of the BACP and abide by their code of ethics.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
After your initial contact, I offer a free 20 minute chat to see how we might get on together and if I might be able to help. We would then arrange a first appointment as soon as possible. Appointments take place both face to face and online from my dedicated counselling studio. We would meet to see what’s brought you to counselling and perhaps explore a little of your background and how we might work together going forwards.
